Talentworx is seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract 2 Hire Recruiter / Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top talent for our client's needs. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to drive team performance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Contract 2 Hire recruitment processes and strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
