Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to support one of our Nonprofit clients in Mableton, GA. This position serves as the face of the organization-greeting guests, directing inquiries, and providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a consistently professional and welcoming presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff members
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and filing systems
- Perform additional office or administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office administration training or certifications preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service focus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
