Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hard-working and driven individual who's interested in joining a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts! As a groundskeeper you'll be responsible for all landscaping and grounds maintenance on property. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, hedge trimming and pruning, watering plants, sprinkler and irrigation system maintenance, preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions, coordinating specialty services, maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, pesticide application, and operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment. Must have the capability to think on your toes and work in a fast paced environment. Professionalism is expected to be upheld at all times, whether interfacing with guests or fellow staff alike. A positive attitude and team-focused individual is ideal for this role. Being able to take collaborative instruction from both the Maintenance Manager and General Manager at various times is imperative. Tools and equipment will be provided.
