Law firm, located in Moorestown, is seeking a Legal Assistant for their Estate Planning/Administration Department. This is a temporary-to-hire position. Looking for a conscientious individual to work closely with experienced estate attorneys. The Legal Assistant will be expected to schedule appointments, maintain calendars, process legal documents and maintain files (both physical and electronic) in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, as well as clients. This is an on-site position. The hours are 9am to 5pm – Monday through Friday. Great working environment!

Responsibilities and Duties

· Legal Document preparations e.g., Engagement Letters, POA, Wills, Trusts.

· Direct contact with the clients setting up meetings and answering

questions.

· Open new client files

· Maintain electronic and physical filing

· Keeping track of attorney time records, billing, and maintaining attorney

calendar.

Qualifications

· Outlook experience

· Strong MS Word skills

· At least 1 year of experience with a document management system,

preferably iManage

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· A minimum of three years of experience as a Legal Assistant
