Our Property Services Technicians are the backbone of our resident experience and the frontline of our property standards. We’re looking for a Property Services Technician to maintain and repair apartment communities across Saratoga County, Warren County, and the Greater Capital Region. You’ll handle everything from plumbing and light electrical to painting, demolition, landscaping, snow removal, and more. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for our residents and guests, and we’ll rely on you to represent the company with professionalism and pride.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, light electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Handle property upkeep including trash-outs, snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance
- Troubleshoot and solve problems independently with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Use mobile tools to document work, complete tasks, and communicate with the team
- Occasionally assist with move-out/move-in unit prep and other property services tasks
