Job Description About the Position We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates to pick customer orders, stock inventory, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse. What You’ll Do
- Pick products using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice systems.
- Pack, label, verify, and stage orders for shipment.
- Stock incoming products in assigned bins and storage locations.
- Replenish picking areas from backstock.
- Check product quantities and quality.
- Report damaged products and inventory differences.
- Operate pallet jacks and carts; forklifts may be used by certified employees.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse, stocking, or order-picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and system instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate counting skills.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability for overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts when required.
