Job DescriptionAssemblerHours:&nbsp;1st shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with 4 hours overtime on Saturdays Pay:&nbsp;$15.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience What's in it for you? Temp to Hire Great Starting Rate Weekly Pay Assembler Details:
<ul>
<li>The Assembler will be doing small iron soldering &amp; resistance soldering for the process of circuit board assembly.</li>
<li>Coil handling (stripping, shaping, winding)</li>
<li>Electro/Mechanical Assembly</li>
<li>Will follow instructions provided on the assembly process.</li>
<li>Follows all required safety programs</li>
</ul>
 Assembler Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Candidates need to have good manual dexterity</li>
<li>Ability to manipulate parts of 20 lbs. or less</li>
<li>Must be able to use all equipment available such as lift tables, carts, and hand trucks</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English (safety checklists, procedures, assembly drawings, etc.)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of hand tools (taps, drills, burrs, collets)</li>
<li>Ability to measure by steel rule and calipers (fractions &amp; decimals)</li>
<li>Electronic/Electrical Training is a PLUS</li>
