Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's technology operations. This role involves aligning IT infrastructure with business goals, ensuring optimal performance, and leading a skilled team of technology experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Assess and recommend appropriate server hardware configurations to meet operational needs.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and network protocols, to ensure data security.
• Manage and administer software and operating systems, including Windows platforms, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, including database management, backups, and recovery processes.
• Oversee Windows system administration tasks such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and mail relay services.
• Design and maintain network architecture, including switches, routers, access points, and VPNs.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering growth and development.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
• Proven expertise in project management and delivering complex IT initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, configuration, and maintenance.
• Extensive experience with cybersecurity protocols and network administration.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Dell technologies, as well as cloud and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
