Position Overview We are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide nursing care and clinical support in a primary care office setting.
Required Qualifications

Active New York LPN/LVN License.
</li>
<li>
BLS certification.
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience.
</li>
<li>
Primary care office experience.
</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Provide nursing care to patients in a primary care office setting.
</li>
<li>
Monitor and assess patient needs as assigned.
</li>
<li>
Assist with routine clinical and patient-care activities.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
</li>
<li>
Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and the healthcare team.
</li>
<li>
Follow established safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols.
</li>

Support overall primary care office operations.
