We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Carpenters to join our team on commercial construction projects throughout Mid-Michigan. Candidates should have experience building and stripping concrete formwork, reading blueprints, performing layout, and working safely in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities
- Build, set, align, and strip concrete formwork
- Install footings, walls, columns, decks, and structural concrete forms
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work effectively with crews to maintain production schedules
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete formwork experience preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience with Symons, EFCO, Peri, Doka, or similar forming systems preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Compensation & Benefits
- Journeyman Base Wage: $37.59/hour
- Total Compensation Package: $62.45/hour
