Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts: 2nd

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Mission

Operate flexographic converting equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality output while safeguarding safety, efficiency, and accuracy across every job.

Background with flexographic presses, converting machinery, laminators, or similar equipment makes you a strong candidate—we’d like to meet you.

Can you tackle the following?

• Set up and operate flexographic converting presses for labels and packaging
• Prepare substrates, inks, adhesives, and tooling before each run
• Watch performance metrics and adjust settings to maintain quality and uptime
• Inspect printed/converted pieces to confirm all specifications are met
• Follow work orders, job tickets, and production directions precisely
• Resolve minor mechanical issues and carry out basic maintenance
• Log production counts and downtime with accuracy
• Comply with safety and quality protocols without compromise
• Keep your station clean and organized

Do you bring these strengths?

• Manufacturing experience (required)
• Experience on flexographic, converting, printing, or laminating equipment (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Comfort working in a high-speed production environment
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand the entire shift
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
