Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Post Tension Estimator / Detailer to join a fast-paced Rebar - Post Tension Cable company based in North Fort Worth. The selected candidate will be responsible for estimating and detailing small to medium residential and commercial construction projects while supporting overall project management and customer coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates and quantity take-offs for post tension projects

Produce shop drawings and detail plans using CAD tools (AutoCAD knowledge a plus)

Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met

Communicate and coordinate with clients to clarify project requirements

Manage incoming orders and coordinate with field and fabrication teams

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service

Track and report progress on active jobs

Maintain organized records of project specifications and updates
Required Skills and Abilities:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in estimating/detailing post tension or structural systems

Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

Familiarity with Shear97 or ASA software is a plus

On-screen takeoff experience beneficial

Highly organized and detail oriented
