Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Swing: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
We are hiring Carpenters / Custom Crate Builders to measure, cut, and assemble custom crates using wood, sheet metal, and plastic. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys building and takes pride in accurate, quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
- Assemble custom crates using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow measurements, instructions, and assembly guides.
- Inspect finished crates for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, crate building, or similar assembly work preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and accurately measure and cut materials.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks.
