Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based

Location: Turlock, CA
Pay: $50.56–$62.78 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Sites: 2 School Locations

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students and school teams.
Implement and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.
Collect behavioral data, evaluate progress, and maintain documentation.
Travel between two assigned school sites.

Requirements to Work as a School-Based BCBA in California

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Meet applicable California requirements for providing behavior analysis services.
Meet school district employment requirements, including background clearance and fingerprinting.
Meet any applicable credentialing requirements for the specific position and assigned duties.
Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral services preferred.
