Job SummaryWe are seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to join the team at our successful CrossFit Affiliate! As a Fitness Sales Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, lead follow up, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and assist members</li>
<li>Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings</li>
<li>Provide an excellent onboarding experience</li>

Qualifications

<li>High school diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Previous customer service or sales experience</li>
<li>Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
