POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Acquisition and Leasing Specialist (PALS) of Tule River Finance Authority will require excellent administrative and analytical skills to follow recommendations in the review and execution of property acquisition documents including purchase and sales agreements, addendums to those agreements, loan closing documents, and lease agreements. The PALS will ensure these documents are consistent, conform to company policies, are executed properly, and returned timely to the proper industry partners. This position requires the capability to organize their time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and review loan purchase agreements; review and execute addendums to those purchase agreements following recommendations from a review team.
- Review and execute loan documents for acquisition of properties to participate in a lease/purchase option program.
- Review and execute lease documents for tenants to occupy the properties acquired.
- Upon execution, return executed documents to the proper parties within the required time frames.
- Organize and package certain executed documents for delivery by overnight carrier.
- All other duties assigned by the manager or that project requires.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- AA degree preferred. Must have High School Diploma
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to remain organized to meet deadlines in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing while under stress due to document deadlines.
- Experience in mortgage lending or real estate is preferred
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Proficient use of a computer and ability to learn and propose improvements to a proprietary software program.
- Notary Public preferred—or willingness to obtain.
- Must be comfortable when working with tight deadlines.
- Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screening.
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple time zones sometimes staying late to meet a crucial deadline.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
Position requires prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and stooping in the performance of daily activities.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Acute hearing is required. Must be able to lift up to twenty pounds.
The position also requires grasping, repetitive hand movement, and fine coordination in reviewing, completing, signing, and scanning documents using a computer mouse and keyboard.
This position reports to: Management Team and CEO
Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00
Hours: Flexible Hours/Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM/40 Hours Weekly
