Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office meetings.
- Creating Social Media Content on Spa Services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with retail sales by operating the POS system.
- Provide support in stock management, ensuring that supplies are well-organized and readily available.
- Engage in upselling products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.
