A highly respected, growth-oriented family law practice in Metro Atlanta is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish-speaking) to join its legal team. Position Overview

As a key member of the legal team, you will support attorneys in delivering exceptional service to clients both domestically and internationally. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Location & Compensation

Metro Atlanta (Multiple Office Locations)
Hybrid (Onsite required for first 90 days of training, then hybrid flexibility)
$55,000 – $60,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings and legal correspondence for attorney review
  • Analyze and summarize discovery materials
  • Prepare family law documents including financial affidavits and child support worksheets
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses in both English and Spanish
  • Assist in preparation for mediation, depositions, and trial
  • Prepare exhibits including spreadsheets, charts, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain case calendars and deadlines
  • Record case activity using case management and billing systems
  • Provide in-person support during hearings, mediations, and trial as needed

What You Bring

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience
  • Family law experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience/certification)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
