We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for onsite, full-time contract positions near Williamstown, MA. Multiple openings are available in various school settings, serving diverse caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Key Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Massachusetts
- SLPs: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows with supervision
- Previous school-based experience with K-12 caseloads highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
- Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultative services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student progress, goals, and programming
- Maintain precise documentation and reporting for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and parent conferences
