The DNA Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the IT Division in managing and tracking initiatives across critical systems, including 911, 311, radio, telephony, networking, applications, and infrastructure. This role will work closely with the CIO and IT leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring progress, preparing reports, supporting performance metrics, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to maintain and modernize mission-critical IT services.
Overview Requirements:
• Provide Tier II IT support for 911 and 311 call floor operations, including workstation troubleshooting, system testing, patching, and user assistance.
• Coordinate and support large-scale IT projects and operational initiatives across OUC.
• Track project progress against milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with IT goals.
• Provide analysis of project and operational issues in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Support planning for systems development, maintenance, upgrades, and IT services.
• Monitor IT performance, gather data, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in IT budget planning, forecasting, and tracking project funding needs.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and status reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and District stakeholders for upgrades, maintenance, and integration of new solutions.
• Coordinate deployment of new hardware, software, and applications, including testing and user support.
• Provide support for ServiceNow ticketing, asset management, and lifecycle tracking of IT systems.
• Support call floor operations (911/311), including workstation checks, testing updates, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management-related field or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
• Project support and coordination: 6 years (Required)
• Tracking program progress against project plans in an enterprise environment: 6 years (Required)
• Preparing status reports: 6 years (Required)
• Experience with MS Project or similar project planning software: 6 years (Required)
• Practices and concepts associated with lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance: 3 years (Required)
• IT principles, methods, practices, and concepts associated with technical documentation methods and procedures: 3 years (Required)
• Developing recommendations on trends and new technologies within the context of agency policies, plans, and management strategies: 3 years (Required)
• Methods to develop requirements and scope of work for IT-related purchases of services and equipment: 3 years (Required)
• Providing status reports on key performance metrics utilizing data collected from information systems: 3 years (Required)
• Customer support, problem resolution databases, and troubleshooting techniques: 3 years (Required)
