We are a fast-growing U.S.-based staffing and recruiting technology company that connects great talent with great companies. Were looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer to join our fully remote engineering team and help us build and scale our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js preferred)

Build and maintain server-side logic and APIs (Node.js, Express, or similar)

Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement new features and improve performance

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO

Integrate third-party services and APIs

Perform code reviews and troubleshoot production issues

Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices

Requirements

3+ years of professional web development experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, context, Redux or similar state management)

Experience with Node.js and RESTful/GraphQL APIs

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must-Have

You must currently reside in the United States

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or existing valid work permit no visa sponsorship available)

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or TypeScript

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)

Previous work in HR tech, recruiting platforms, or marketplace products
