About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our valued customers and our expert technicians. Your job is to create a smooth and professional experience for every guest—from scheduling and check-in to service updates and final delivery. We pride ourselves on offering a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment where customer satisfaction and teamwork come first.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and determine their service needs with care and accuracy

Clearly explain recommended services and keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Create repair orders, verify warranty and service contract coverage

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion

Maintain high CSI scores and build lasting relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For:

Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
