Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS and NIHSS preferred
- Experience with Epic charting required
- Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and stepdown-level patient care
- Experience supporting adult patients with complex medical and cardiac needs

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality bedside care to adult cardiac stepdown patients
- Monitor telemetry, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Manage cardiac drips, IV therapy, and related nursing interventions as appropriate
- Administer medications and coordinate care based on patient needs and provider orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes
- Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong communication with the care team
- Support a patient-centered environment with a focus on safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
