Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to strengthen processes, controls, and technology-enabled workflows.
- Provide high-level oversight of HR-related activities and organizational administration.
- Communicate financial results, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

- Experience identifying and overseeing automation opportunities within finance or business operations.
- Strong technology skills and the ability to evaluate financial systems and process improvements.
- Ability to provide effective high-level oversight of HR and administrative functions.
- Willingness and ability to work on site in Torrington, Connecticut.
