Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, creating a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust and openness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to determine treatment needs.

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Provide continuous counseling services through regular sessions, ensuring treatment plans are dynamically adjusted based on patient progress and feedback.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group therapy settings, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy dynamics, and other approaches suited to client needs.

• Collaborate with external specialists when necessary to enhance patient care, referring clients to additional resources that will support their treatment.

• Regularly document patient interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and addiction issues. You will employ culturally competent interventions to cater to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, thereby maximizing therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic modalities suitable for treating family dynamics and mental health disorders.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to employ evidence-based practices for the treatment of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering yearly earnings between USD 75,000 and 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
