We’re in search of a detail-oriented real estate office manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, colleagues, and our team. You will manage and answer our phone system, hold business hours of 9 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday, assisting leadership with administrative tasks, and assist with calendar and social media management. You’ll also be in charge of the inventory and ordering supplies. Our ideal candidate is an experienced manager, a quick problem-solver, and a positive team player. Compensation:
$48,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
- Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
- Plan for real estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days
- Manage office and phone systems.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
- Real estate license is a bonus
- Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
