This role involves servicing and repairing vehicles according to established standards and procedures, including performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. The successful candidate will deliver top-quality workmanship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testingPerform routine and complex repairs and service inspections independentlyMaintain the highest level of technical training and certificationsEnsure vehicles are clean during service or repair processesComplete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standardsSupport shop operations by maintaining appearance, safety standards, and inventory stockingFollow all safety, environmental, and shop policies and proceduresParticipate in all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned to support efficient shop operationsWork EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced team environment requiring physical stamina and professional communication skills.
