We're seeking experienced Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technicians to start immediately at residential communities in SE DC, and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property management staffing agency with the potential for long-term placement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
- Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- HVAC Certification
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
