Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for an Engineer (SME) role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will provide expert-level engineering knowledge and technical leadership across multiple domains to ensure program success and mission readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical engineering expertise and leadership on complex and high-impact assignments.
Develop engineering solutions that address critical mission needs within the Intelligence Community.
Oversee design, development, integration, and evaluation of technical systems.
Serve as a senior advisor on engineering methods, processes, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineering staff.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
15+ years of progressive engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven ability to design, integrate, and evaluate complex systems in secure environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs.
Recognized expertise in a specialized engineering domain.
