POSH Body Wellness is seeking an experienced, energetic, and professional Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our upscale chiropractic and wellness practice in Westlake Village.
We are looking for someone who is highly personable, organized, customer-service focused, and confident in sales. The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, is comfortable discussing wellness services and treatment packages, and can confidently turn inquiries into scheduled appointments and consultations.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check in, and assist patients
- Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Follow up with new leads and prospective patients
- Convert inquiries and consultations into appointments and service/package sales
- Educate patients about our wellness services, treatments, and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Assist with front desk and daily office operations
- Support providers and clinical staff as needed
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Assist with light treatment-related duties when trained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, chiropractic office, medical office, or similar setting preferred
- Sales experience and confidence discussing services and packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Comfortable learning new treatments, services, and technology
- Team player with a positive attitude
