Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workers Compensation Applicant Attorney to represent clients in their workers compensation claims. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the benefits they are entitled to while providing expert legal guidance throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
  • Manage case documentation and track progress through the claims process
  • Negotiate settlement agreements with insurance companies
  • Advocate for clients' rights and benefits in administrative hearings
  • Prepare clients for trial and hearings, including developing case strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation
  • Provide legal advice and updates to clients on their case status
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to understand and present medical evidence effectively

Qualifications

  • Jurisdiction-specific law degree and valid attorney license
  • Experience in litigation, particularly in workers' compensation cases
  • Strong skills in legal research and case management
  • Proficient in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
  • Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes
  • Strong client representation and communication skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to workers' compensation
  • Ability to ensure compliance with various legal standards and regulations
  • Experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures

Benefits

Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
