Our focus on long-term relationships helps ensure placements that last.
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a senior-level Procore Solutions Architect to serve as the enterprise lead for Procore within an energy-focused construction division. This person will own solution architecture and roadmap development, lead strategic implementations, and standardize project delivery workflows across a portfolio of active projects. The ideal candidate blends strong knowledge of construction/EPC operations with systems thinking and the ability to drive adoption through training, coaching, and change management—especially with field teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business and process owners to align workflows, solution design, and data standards.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new and enhanced Procore workflows (planning, site readiness, pilots, cutover strategy, and go-live support).
- Design and architect Procore solutions, collaborating with internal teams to integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems as needed.
- Conduct business process and data analysis to develop scalable Procore standards that can be rolled out across multiple projects.
- Support project teams in documenting current-state processes and identifying opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.
- Develop and present Procore-based solutions to address complex operational requirements.
- Coordinate across disciplines to optimize workflows, improve data management, and support smooth system integrations.
- Serve as a liaison between construction teams and technology vendors; support integration efforts where applicable.
- Configure and optimize Procore forms, logs, dashboards, and reporting to meet operational needs.
- Track platform adoption and data quality using KPIs; partner with project leadership to drive corrective actions.
- Travel to project sites to observe workflows, coach teams, capture pain points, and share best practices.
- Lead cross-functional working sessions to resolve process gaps and strengthen project handoffs.
- Support evaluations and pilots of new tools/features; define success criteria and provide recommendations.
- Act as an escalation point for process and adoption challenges; drive issues through resolution.
- Mentor internal team members and project champions to build sustainable onsite capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (required).
- 6+ years of experience in construction operations with strong technology exposure (required).
- Proven experience with Procore, including leading development, testing, and implementation of strategic initiatives (required).
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes across the project lifecycle (required).
- Strong field workflow knowledge (document control, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, scheduling, closeout).
- Demonstrated experience with cost control processes (contracts, budgets, change orders, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business/user needs into scalable, platform-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an execution-oriented mindset.
PREFERRED:
- Experience with ERP and scheduling platforms commonly used in construction environments (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Primavera P6, or comparable systems).
- Experience developing SOPs, delivering training, and driving adoption across multiple implementations.
- Experience supporting change management and field adoption initiatives.
