Shift: Pitman Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (2-2-3 Schedule)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 1220 Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance execution, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting expertise, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of multi-craft and shift mechanics

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Ensure timely completion of work orders using CMMS

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Support PLC systems, robotics, AC/DC drives, motion control, HMI interfaces, and motor control systems
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
-
Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and emergency situations
-
Track timecards, attendance, and manage shift coverage
-
Conduct safety, quality, and policy training sessions
-
Collaborate closely with Maintenance Manager and cross-functional departments
-
Drive continuous improvement to increase equipment uptime and reduce callbacks
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor managing a team of 1220 technicians

Strong troubleshooting experience with:

Electrical and mechanical systems

PLC systems

Robotics

Motion control systems

HMI interfaces

Motor controls

Safety sensors and relays

Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Demonstrated electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair capabilities

Undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Techniques, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

12 years of experience in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment with multiple priorities

Must be willing and able to work night shifts (7 PM 7 AM, 2-2-3 schedule)
