Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, loading, order selecting, put-aways, replenishments, and sanitation. This role ensures products are accurately handled, stored, and shipped while maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering quality work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding the company's PACT values.Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, unload, load, label, and store products accurately and safely.
- Complete order selecting, put-aways, replenishments, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse safety, food safety, sanitation, and company policies, including proper PPE usage.
- Operate warehouse computer systems and communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Meet productivity standards while identifying damaged, missing, or overage products and assisting with training new employees as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or related experience.
- Forklift experience required.
- Experience in food warehousing, retail, or food distribution preferred.
- Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
