Job Title: Project Manager

Location: West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Island

Project Details: High profile custom home build on Palm Beach Island - starting in early 2026

Company Type: Privately owned high end residential well established general contractor here in West Palm Beach

Compensation: Up to 165k + annual bonus + 100% of medical benefits paid for employee & family!

We're one of the top ranked high end residential builders out of West Palm Beach that's been servicing the Palm Beach Island luxury market for 30+ years for ground up estate type of home builds. We've got several high profile ground up builds starting in the first half of 2026 in West Palm & Palm Beach Island that need a strong Project Manager.

Qualifications

8+ years of ground up residential building experience
Preferred - luxury residential & ideally prior work on Palm Beach Island
Local to the West Palm Beach market as our projects are typically within 25 mile radius of our office.

We're actively interviewing to fill this role in preparation for the project start in Q1 2026.
