Job DescriptionSalary: $16.90 - $22.00 per hour

Entry level facilities workers are the front-line for the overall operation of the physical grounds and buildings of Lake Gregory.
Essential Functions
- Repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and property
- Landscaping and groundskeeping
- Safe operation of tractors and trucks
- Safe operation of various minor equipment and tools
Additional Functions
- Assisting other departments when facilities-related needs arise: moving furniture, ladder work, heavier lifting, etc.
- Assisting with weather-related issues: snow removal, water damage, roofing issues, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Must be able to work some weekends and odd hours
- Current CA driver license
- Excellent character as demonstrated by work values
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds & walk and carry over uneven terrain
- Ability to work in inclement weather including heat, rain, snow, and ice
