Job Description and duties:
- Janitor Tasks: Clean Shop and Office Areas including Floors, Restrooms, Lunchrooms.
- Cleaning tasks includes dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, toilets, urinals, sinks, tables, windows, walls, etc.
- Power washing of shop restrooms and lunchrooms.
- Removal of garbage throughout the shop and office.
- General grounds keeping: snow removal, weed pulling
- Physically demands requiring repetitive duties such as:
- Lifting/carrying: 75 LBS.
- Posture/movements: Push/Pull 75 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist at waist, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, squat, bend neck forward/upward, reaching overhead, with outstretched arms
- Hand work Repetitive use of right and left hands with pinch/grasp force
- Also you must be self-motivated, detail orientated, dependable with a good attendance record & have a positive attitude.
- Achieve and maintain forklift certification
- Maintain housekeeping for a clean and safe working environment
- Work safely and as a team player
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Abilities: Must be able to achieve fork lift certification.
Working conditions: Normal foundry atmosphere.
Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM
