Candidate Background

- A strong academic foundation is required, specifically a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a closely related physical science discipline.
- Proven, hands-on experience on the plant floor working with continuous material flows and synthetic resin profiling, rather than batch or cellular assembly.
- Familiarity with processing rigid and flexible vinyl compounds is highly desirable.
- A natural ability to take charge of floor initiatives, mentoring production staff, and driving complex engineering projects from concept to completion without needing constant direction.

Compensation Details
