We are partnering with an established investment management firm seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support its Portfolio Manager and his family in Miami Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple complex calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Streamline administrative processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate business and personal travel, including detailed itineraries
- Oversee expense tracking, reporting, and administrative logistics
- Collaborate closely with senior management and other key stakeholders
- Personal scheduling, household coordination, and family-related administrative needs
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively develop solutions
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals in a financial services field
- Extremely organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Resourceful self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Polished, professional, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership
- Adaptable, dependable, and capable of managing changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills; conversational Spanish is a plus
- Able to provide strong professional references

Additional Details:

- Fully on-site in Miami Beach, five days per week
- Occasional extended hours and after-hours availability required
- Travel to NYC approximately once per month
- Periodic travel to Sag Harbor, NY, during the summer
