Established (65+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney for Commercial Litigation, Business Disputes, and Complex Civil Matters in Salt Lake City, Utah
An established firm based in Salt Lake City with over 65+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role involves representing clients in commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, managing matters through all phases of litigation while working closely with experienced trial attorneys and business clients.

Salary range: $145,000-$195,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active Utah Bar membership in good standing
Four years of experience handling commercial litigation and complex civil matters
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
Courtroom, arbitration, or mediation experience preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with litigation teams
Strong client service and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, and substantive legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk assessment and dispute resolution options
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions
Manage active caseloads while meeting court deadlines and client expectations - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
