This role involves coordinating with insurance adjusters, contractors, and clients to facilitate timely and accurate claim resolutions. The Property Damage Specialist will conduct inspections, evaluate damages, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in property damage assessment is a plus.
- Proven experience in property damage evaluation or insurance claims.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Proficient with reporting tools and software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
