Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Hybrid / Remote Eligible)
Position Overview
An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing Las Vegas office. This role is ideal for an attorney with four or more years of substantive commercial litigation experience who can manage complex matters and large document cases with minimal supervision.
While this position may be performed on a remote basis, the attorney must be available to attend hearings, depositions, meetings, and other in-person proceedings in Las Vegas as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day litigation matters in commercial and complex business disputes

Oversee and analyze large-volume document productions and discovery

Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Develop case strategy and work closely with clients and litigation teams

Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trial proceedings

Collaborate with partners and associates while working independently on assigned matters
Qualifications

Nevada Bar admission (required)

Minimum 4+ years of commercial litigation experience

Proven ability to manage cases independently with limited supervision

Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills

Experience handling large-document or complex litigation matters

Professional judgment and client-facing communication skills
