Four Sisters Inns is looking for a Seasonal Live-In Innkeeper to join our close-knit team at the Inns of Mendocino, a trio of boutique inns perched above the rugged Northern California coast. This unique, hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-centered environment—and wants to live onsite in one of California’s most beautiful destinations.

This is a full-time, live-in seasonal position. Housing is provided for the duration of the season. Candidates must be available through the season’s end and understand housing concludes with the position.

What You'll Do

As a Live-In Innkeeper, you’ll be a vital part of a small, supportive team that wears many hats. Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk & Guest Services

• Greet and assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and local recommendations
  
  

• Handle guest needs with grace, professionalism, and local expertise
  

Housekeeping & Laundry

• Clean and reset guest rooms with precision and care
  
  

• Process laundry, stock amenities, and maintain tidy common areas
  
  

• Navigate multiple flights of stairs daily in a historic building
  

Breakfast Preparation & Delivery

• Cook and prepare breakfast baskets, cookies, and cheese boards
  
  

• Deliver breakfast to guest rooms across multiple buildings
  
  

• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and in line with safety standards
  

Team Collaboration & Property Support

• Jump in where needed—housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, or maintenance
  
  

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your fellow team members
  
  

• Contribute to a positive and professional work culture rooted in service
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A warm, adaptable team player who is eager to learn and pitch in
  
  

• Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
  
  

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  
  

• Physically able to perform demanding tasks (e.g., lifting 50+ lbs, stair climbing)
  
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for morning deliveries
  
  

• Must be available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
