Local CDL-A Yard Driver:\n

-Start at $25 per hour

-Overtime available after 40 hours

-Shift differential pay up to $1 per hour - dependent on schedule

-Weekly pay

-Referral bonus up to $2,000

Non-CDL Yard Auditor:\n
\n
-Start at $19 per hour
\n
-Overtime available after 40 hours
\n

Requirements:

Local CDL-A Yard Driver: \n
\n
-Valid Class A CDL
\n
-Current DOT Medical Card
\n
-Safe driving and FMCSA Clearinghouse record
\n
-Acceptable background check
\n
-Experience operating tractor-trailers
\n
-Ability to work in all weather conditions
\n
-Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
\n
Non-CDL Yard Auditor:\n
\n
-Acceptable background check
\n
-Ability to work in all weather conditions
\n
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
\n

Local CDL-A Yard Driver:
What to Expect:\n
\n
-Home daily with a consistent schedule
\n
-Limited road driving or highway traffic
\n
-No-touch freight
\n
-No customer deliveries or multi-stop routes
\n
-Steady, repeatable work in one location
\n
-Predictable hours and reliable pay
\n
Job Duties:\n
\n
-Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors
\n
-Perform drop and hook operations
\n
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\n
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies
\n
-Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel
\n
-Maintain accurate logs and documentation
\n
\n
Non-CDL Yard Auditor - Job Duties:
\n
-Apply your knowledge of transportation
\n
-Verify records on incoming shipments
\n
-Log shipments into the computer
\n
-Document preparation
\n
-Troubleshoot and correct problems
\n
-Record shipment data
\n
-Compare shipment contents to manifest, invoice, or order forms
\n
-Report any discrepancies to accounting
\n
-Inspect trailer temperatures
\n
-Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers
\n
-Dispatch moves to drivers
\n
-Examine product and work to verify conformance to specifications
\n
-Accurately maintain records
\n
