We're partnering with a growing food manufacturer client who are seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join on a full time permanent basis in the US. This is an opportunity to become the day-to-day NetSuite systems resource for teams across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, finance and operations.

\n

You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain configuration and data quality, support users, and improve the workflows that connect planning, purchasing, production and fulfillment. We're looking for someone who enjoys owning a system, understands the processes behind it and can turn business problems into practical NetSuite solutions.

Candidates should be located in or open to relocation to Hopkinsville, KY or the surrounding area. Relocation support is also available for the successful candidate. We are ideally looking for someone open to a hybrid working model, but there is some flexibility for the right candidate.

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

\n

🔸 Role – NetSuite Systems Administrator, Supply Chain

\n

🔸 Type – Permanent, full-time

\n

🔸 Salary – US$85,000 to $105,000 base

\n

🔸 Location – Hopkinsville, Kentucky

\n

🔸 Working model – Hybrid / flexible for right candidates

\n

🔸 Relocation – support available

\n

🔸 Focus – System administration and optimization in a live NetSuite manufacturing environment

\n


\n

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

\n

🔹 Hands-on experience administering Oracle NetSuite in a manufacturing environment

\n

🔹 Experience supporting business users and resolving live-system issues across manufacturing, inventory, procurement or supply chain

\n

🔹 Ability to maintain NetSuite configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards

\n

🔹 Understanding of how purchasing, production, inventory and fulfillment processes connect

\n

🔹 Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills

\n

🔹 Ability to prioritize day-to-day support requests and work independently with business teams

\n


\n

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:

🔹 Food manufacturing or lot-controlled inventory experience

\n

🔹 Exposure to work orders, BOMs or recipes, WIP and Routing, demand or supply planning, or standard costing

\n

🔹 Experience supporting third-party integrations, warehouse processes, labeling or fulfillment

\n
