Mankato Motor Co. (part of the Rydell Automotive Group) is hiring an experienced Automotive A-Level Technician (also called Auto Mechanic, Automotive Service Technician, or Master Tech candidate) to join our high-volume, productive service team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
-
Conduct inspections and test drives using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and teammates about repairs and timelines

Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician (Master Tech certification a plus)

Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on quality and efficiency

Team player with excellent communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
