Luxury brand with 24 locations nationwide seeks a Front Office Manager to join their growing leadership team in New York's Meatpacking District. The Associate Guesthouse Leader is a visionary, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Concierge. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.

JOB DUTIES:

- Ensure the highest level of privacy, security, and safety for all associates and guests
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and complex problem-solving skills
- Proactively oversee the development and standards of all client service-related activity
- Support Guesthouse Leader with attracting, retaining, coaching, and developing a team of associates who dont know what cant be done
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry with 2 years of experience leading a front desk team
- Luxury hotel experience is strongly preferred
- A degree in hotel management is a plus
- Experience using Hotel Property Management systems, Opera experience preferred
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights, and travel occasionally
- Multilingual candidates are desired
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
