Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Autumn Lake at Southgate | Carneys Point, NJ
$42–$52/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Autumn Lake at Southgate. In this role, you'll help residents improve mobility, restore daily living skills, and work toward greater independence through individualized rehabilitation programs.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve daily living abilities

• Assess progress and adjust treatment approaches to support positive outcomes

• Complete clinical documentation and coordinate care with the rehabilitation team

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
