Salary: $52,000
Summary:
Supports daily operations, team leadership, and customer service while assisting the General Manager in driving performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and inventory
- Train, coach, and lead team members
- Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor labor and food costs
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
