The ideal applicant will assist our clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must.
This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
- Secure new and expanded client relationships
- Maintain and uphold the highest ethical and legal standards
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Independent and self motivated
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- 3 - 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
